This Saturday the 7th Annual Gate City Brewfest will be returning to Old Town Pocatello. From 1 pm to 6 pm, sample 80+ handcrafted beers, enjoy great food and live entertainment at the Old Town restaurants, pubs and bars.
Buy your tickets in advance at www.gatecitybrewfest.com, or tickets will be available beginning at 12:30 pm at the Old Town Pavilion, 420 N. Main St. or at the Elks Lodge, 410 S. Main St.
Tickets will only be available at these two locations on Saturday. Commemorative mugs will be available as well! Plan to come taste some amazing beers and enjoy Old Town on Saturday!

The Pocatello Art Center will be offering a variety of classes in March for artistically minded people at all levels of experience. Danene Taysom’s Everything Color painting classes run Tuesdays 7-9 pm or Wednesdays 3-5 pm. This month’s theme is “5 Secrets to Creating Harmony in Your Painting;” $65 for Art Center members, $75 for non-members.
On Thursday evenings, Richard Albright will teach Beginning Digital Photography; $75 for 4 weeks. And the daytime Pay-As-You-Go classes with Bob Beason, Karen Wardle and Pennie Wolf on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will continue for $12.50 per 3-hour session.

Saturday is the Gate City Brewfest and PVB has The Brown Eyed Cats playing 2-4 pm during the fest and another set for the after-party from 9 pm — 11:30 pm. Both of those shows are free. Local brews and live music at Portneuf Valley Brewing!
Registration is now open! Pocatello’s premier 5K obstacle race will be returning to Old Town Pocatello on Saturday, April 29th. Plan now to compete as SEICAA and Old Town host the 5th Annual Urban Invasion Obstacle Challenge.
This four person team race is sponsored by ERA The Brokerage and Guild Mortgage. Grab your three most adventure seeking friends and register your team to compete east to west through Old Town.
