PRESTON — Warren Davis, of Pocatello, won a trophy at Valley Wide Home and Ranch’s secondannual antique tractor show held at the Preston farm store June 5 and 6.

Organizers of the event said there were about 22 tractors entered into the contest. Customers got to vote on a “fan” favorite.

Davis was announced the winner with his restored 1949 Farmall Cub tractor.

Bob Meyers, of Pocatello, took second place with a 1948 Farmall H and received a $25 gift certificate.

“The goal of the tractor show is to provide a venue for antique tractor owners from around the region to showcase their very special restoration tractors,” said Valley Wide Marketing Manager Eric Holbrook, who attended the two-day event.

All proceeds from the sale went to the local Relay for Life organization, he said.
